What is C-Change?
The intention of c-changespirit is to appeal to people's feelings of a need that life ought to be different for them than what it is, and to offer spiritual support so that this need might be met.
There are five cumulative levels of individual. do-it-yourself, Everyday Spirituality and three forms of sharing in groups. C-changespirit is a network of group gatherings in Port Adelaide, South Australia, that use Everyday Spirituality.

Quest is the first level of Everyday Spirituality. It offers an opportunity for one’s Self to change to become more Jesus-like. Twelve sets of spiritual exercises, each concerned with a different aspect of behavior, can be applied to one’s life situation - work or relationships - in which a need for personal change has been discerned. Outcomes of healing and wholeness are sought in Life Work and spiritual guidance and fairness in Relationships. More Information...

Life Maps adds a second level to Quest with spiritual exercises that reflect on the Quest experience, then prepare for, invoke and look for God’s miracles in Life Work and God’s blessings in Relationships. Journalling is used as a means of holding onto these spiritual experiences, reflecting on their effect over time and finding spiritual direction and purpose through them - a Life Map. Sharing in a group adds a kind of spiritual orienteering that deepens and strengthens these spiritual exercises. Life Maps spirituality and journalling can be expanded in groups to accommodate higher levels of Everyday Spirituality. More Information...

The metaphor of dance is used for the next level of Everyday Spirituality because the spirituality “dances” around the elements of Self, God, Life Work and Relationships and discerns, explores and reflects on their interaction. Talismans may be used to aid sensory perception, meditation and contemplation. Lord of the Dance is more integrated and inclusive than Life Maps. It uses Life Maps exercises, like journalling, but at a deeper level. The do-it-yourself form of Lord of the Dance has been adapted as a form of interactive and participatory worship for groups. The Flow and Renewal are contemplative spiritual exercises that reflect on Lord of the Dance experiences at deeper levels. The Flow strives for the exhilaration of Self, God, Life Work and Relationships coming together in a way that surpasses expectation. Renewal strives to recover a sense of integrated, hopeful spirituality and life in the face of radical change and disruption.
